3 Bedroom Summer House on Romar Beach
The unit has recently been redecorated with the vacationer in mind. There is room a plenty! Televisions are in all bedrooms and the living area, as well as a DVD player for those needing a break from the action. The kitchen is well equipped to allow the chef to exhibit those magical talents. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well. You will feel right at home in this great condo. The high quality mattresses covered with Egyptian cotton sheets and comfortable pillows provide for the much needed rest while vacationing. As with all of our units, thick and thirsty towels are there for your comfort following that relaxing shower as you dress to go out for that scrumptious seafood or steak dinner in your favorite restaurant. The tropically themed décor makes you leave all of your worries behind…. Come on down and see why so many love this place!

* Summer holiday rates (7/4) daily rates minimum 7 days. * * Weekly rates are for Saturday check-in and check-out ONLY. * * * Monthly rates are for Calendar months. Check-in on the 1st, check-out on the last day of the month. Weekly rates for weeks that span two rate periods will get the rate for the higher period. All rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact us toll free at 1-877-533-4676 to confirm all rates. Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment. State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the processing fee ($50.00 - waived if paying by check), or cleaning fee ($105.00). The huge private balcony of this 9th floor unit overlooking Romar Beach in Orange Beach provides the perfect setting for almost any occasion! You can see it all from here – children picking up seashells, lovers strolling down the beach hand in hand, dolphins gracefully playing in the gulf, and friends sharing good times and making memories. As tempting as it may be, you can't spend your entire vacation on the balcony – there are too many other things to see and do. The double cascading pools are large enough so that you and your guests never feel crowded. Of course, if the weather is not cooperating, you may enjoy the indoor heated pool or perhaps the state of the art exercise facility on site. There is also a playground for guests across the street as well as an Omni tennis court. Like to grill while on vacation??? – we've got 'em!
