* * * Monthly rates are for Calendar months. Check-in on the 1st, check-out on the last day of the month.

Weekly rates for weeks that span two rate periods will get the rate for the higher period.

Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment.

State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the $50 processing fee (waived if paying by check), $15 per car parking fee, or $75 cleaning fee.
