This unit has reserved covered parking with just 2 flights of stairs to the front door.

Recently updated with a tropical vacation theme, your family and friends will feel right at home, yet away from all of the stress of daily life. Enjoy a great view of the gulf from the private balcony or a view of the tropically themed pool from the front porch of the unit.

This unit boasts a townhouse-style floor plan, with the kitchen, den, dining area, bathroom, and master and guest bedrooms on the main level, with another bedroom and bathroom on the second level. The welcoming master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the lower guest bedroom has a queen size bed, both opening to the private gulf side terrace with views of those splendid sunsets on the beach.

The upper bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds, also offering great views of the beach. All beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets to allow you sleep like a baby! Thus, this condo has enough beds to prevent having to share! Each bedroom and the den have a television, with a DVD player in the den as well.

The bathrooms are supplied with large thirsty towels – a luxury rarely found in rental units. The kitchen is well stocked for those desiring to exercise their culinary skills during their stay.

Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment.

State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the $100 cleaning fee, parking fee ($10 per vehicle), or $50 processing fee (waived if paying by check).
