All units in the complex provide a magnificent direct gulf front view of the rejuvenated West Beach.

The unit has custom cabinetry, granite countertops, crown molding, tile floors and many other extras to make your visit as comforting as home. The professionally decorated interior includes custom draperies and bedspreads, leather upholstered furniture and superior bedding. The 9-foot ceilings give a feeling of openness to make your visit most enjoyable.

The master suite is graciously appointed with a king sized bed and flat screen television for rest and relaxation. The guest bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, 20-inch television with VCR and DVD player. The sofa in the den converts to a queen sized bed, with Sealy innerspring mattress. Thus, the unit can accommodate up to 6 occupants.

A 27-inch flat screen television with DVD player and stereo is located in the den. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is well stocked with cooking utensils for those chefs in the bunch. There is a full sized washer and dryer for those needing to do some laundry. Also, there is a full sized hot water heater so that the lack of hot showers does not create problems.

For those guests who unfortunately cannot get away from the office, or in the event of an emergency at work, there is a computer hook-up.

The oversized terrace is gulf front for the utmost in vacation relaxation and dining. A heated indoor/outdoor pool with a magnificent waterfall feature on the main level of the complex provides year-round swimming accommodations. For those desiring to keep their wonderful shape and tone while enjoying all of the wonderful vacation cuisine, there is an exercise room on the premises, along with a steam sauna. A game room is another added feature of the complex for those guests needing some action or a break from the relaxation. For those desiring to grill their catch on charcoal, grills are located on the west end of the building.

Weekly rates for weeks that span two rate periods will get the rate for the higher period.

Note: All reservations must be accompanied by a $250.00 non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy. Reservations made less than 30 days in advance of occupancy must be accompanied by full payment.

State and Local Lodging tax (total of 11%) will be added to all rates. Rates do NOT include the processing fee ($50.00 - waived if paying by check), parking fee ($10.00 per vehicle), or cleaning fee ($90.00).
